E-Marketing Manager



Department: Marketing Department

Summary of Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Marketing Team and other areas of the company to plan, develop and assess strategies, tactics, activities and materials for the purpose of achieving organizational objectives while ensuring consistent positioning of the brand and business units appropriate for the targeted markets.

 

Supervision Received:

Director of Marketing, Director of Marketing & Patient Services

Supervision Exercised:

Marketing staff

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s (University) Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

• Proven ability to work as a team player

• Result driven

• Minimum 3-5 years marketing and management experience

• Great sense & experiences in E-marketing are preferred.

 

Skills:

• Computer skills: MS office, Windows, PowerPoint

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Excellent people skills

• Good management skills

• Ability to work effectively in team-based environment

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and the public

 

Knowledge:

• A strong marketing and customer service background

• Possess both creative and strategic talents

• Team player and also able to work independently in setting up and completing tasks

• Professional understanding of healthcare service industry and hospital/patient services

 

Responsibilities:

Primary:

• Assisting with developing strategic marketing objectives.

• Developing marketing programs to achieve marketing objectives.

• Assessing potential and actual outcomes of marketing programs.

• Marketing analysis: assessment of the target population, competition and needs for product or service.

• Integrate all departmental marketing plans into a comprehensive marketing plan consistent with goals and objectives.

• Monthly marketing briefing to Director of Marketing & Patient Services, GM and Director of Marketing.

• Create an environment where all of the marketing team members are comfortable seeking assistance and directions with their assigned tasks.

• Develop and sustain the integration of the marketing teams.

• Develop Marketing Department annual educational program.

Secondary:

• Assisting with implementation of marketing programs.

• Financial budgeting and controls.

• Attend relevant events to stay current with the market, understand client needs, understand the competition and report back to the Marketing Leadership Team as needed.
