Associate Consultant/Researcher

Responsibilities:

1. Analyst the Job Description and present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates

2. Build up target lists of candidates; update the data-pool of CVs,

3. Collect and screen CVs to match job specifications and requirements.

4. Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.

7. Make “cold calls” to unknown candidates.

8. Support the Consultant to fulfill the performance targets/ goals set by management

9. Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.

10. Follow through process and procedure to get result. This includes pay attention to details.

11.Sales & Marketing positions focus

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Open-minded, highly analytical, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

3. Hard working, quick learner, and result-oriented

4. Good in written & spoken English

5. Willing to face challenges and able to work under the pressure
