Job Title：Director of investment of mergers and acquisitions

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in BU/BG strategy development, develop BU/BG’s M&A strategy on evolving basis
-Work closely with BU/BG heads to identify potential investment opportunities for business, ensure a healthy investment pipeline
- Responsible for the transaction execution and supporting post-deal integration/management
Job Requirements:
- Master degree or above (MBA preferred)
- More than 10 years experience in equity investment field
- At least 3 year working experience working in TMT industry
- Excellent strategic thinking
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and team management skill
- Business insight/acumen in Internet is a must
